Can LPC be applied on modulated & zero padded data .....?

I have generated Random signal data. Then i have modulated & zero padded that data using OFDM. (Since LPC is applied on time domain signal) Can we apply LPC to modulated & zero padded data. Please tell me the procedure to apply LPC to modulated data. Hoping for the positive response Thanking You
