Too long time doing Image Processing Onramp??

Hi,

I am doing Image Processing Onramp, It takes "too" long time to watch videos or to submit answers, and most of time it fails.

How to overcome this problem?

This is an online, self-paced course. It does not matter what version of MATLAB you have. When completing the onramp, you are using MathWorks Training Application, which is using the latest version of MATLAB Online.

Your session may have connected to a bad worker, or your internet connection may be poor.

Make sure your browser meets the specified browser requirements. Other things to try include

• Try accessing the course using incognito/private browsing mode
• try a different browser

If neither of these fixes the issue, please submit a report to custom support. From within the course, click on the question mark icon next to your name in the upper right and select 'Constact Support'.

I have used the same browser (Google Chrome) while completing MatLab Onramp without any problems. However, There are a lots while trying to finish Image Processing Onramp.

The following Requirements are met:

• Browser: Google Chrome,
• Browser Settings Required
• Cookies enabled
• Pop-ups enabled
• JavaScript enabled
• Internet Connection: 2 Mbps

As I said, your session may have connected to a bad MATLAB worker. The reason to try another browser or incognito/private mode is to force a connection to a new MATLAB worker in the onramp course. This doesn't mean you can't return to using your preferred browser. It is a way of debugging the issue.

If after doing this you still encounter the same slowness, then you should contact customer support.

Yes, I still have the same problem. I have tried three different browsers.

Would you please tell me, how can I enroll to to " Image Processing with MATLAB", It is very important for me. However, I cann't afford it.
