Open MATLAB and run the command mcrinstaller to locate MATLAB Runtime for redistribution with your compiled components.

Online versions of MATLAB Runtime are only available for releases after R2012a. Older releases of MATLAB Runtime were shipped with MATLAB Compiler. If you do not have MATLAB, please request the Runtime from the MATLAB Compiler user who created the deployed package.

Thank you, the problem is, the company who deployed the software is not existing. Is there any other way how to obtain this MCR?

You will need to ask someone who has a valid license for R2011a, or request it from Mathworks (who might deny your request or ask for a fee). There seem to also exist other download options if you look around, but I doubt those are legal.

Note that these versions do not seem to match with the Matlab versions: R2012a is version 7.14, while the MCR required is version 7.16. I do not know the reason for this.
