Is MATLAB engine API for Python package publicly available?

Due to the company policy, all python packages have to be approved and submitted to a internal repository. Is MATLAB engine API for Python package publicly available somewhere so I could point it out for a review.

Hi ,
I contacted the developer regarding this and I was informed that we don't share source code publicly but the Python files are located in <matlabroot>/extern/engines/python folder.
So That files you can submit for review
