is it possible to display nntraining tool with custom training algorithm if so can any one plz help me

I tried doing this once, but got no success. I was told that you can edit the original file '*. M' some training function pre-existing, but be careful. Another way is you mount the network using the GUI and then generate the code, then edit its way.
