importCaffeNetwork error layer not defined

I am trying to import the model from a publication (https://arxiv.org/pdf/1505.04597) but am getting the error:

Does this mean I cannot import the model bacause Matlab cannot interpret all of the layers?

Hi,

You can refer to create U-net layers for semantic segmentation which is available in MATLAB.
