What is the unit for instantaneous energy on the color bar in the Hilbert spectrum

When applying hht(imf,fs) we get Hilbert spectrum showing a colorbar on the right for the instantaneous energy. I am wonderin to know what the unit/value is on the color bar and how can we obtain/calculate them?

The information provided under Algorithms section of the documentation of hht function might help you with obtaining the information on unit/value of the instantaneous energy and other related information.

There is no any unit/value given under Algorithms section of the documentation of hht function. I really could not find anywhere else.
Could you please tell what they are?
