How to calculate maximum likelihood between observed and predicted data?

Hi, I am trying to improve a formula for a new database using nlmefit. After the regression i have new coefficients and the nlmefit gives me maximized loglikelihood. I want to calculate this maximized loglikelihood for original model and compare it with new one. Can anyone help me on this problem?
