DC/offset value

hi i have a signal containing two values Voltage and sampliong frequency

how can i remove the dc value from the signal

Subtract the mean of the signal from the signal:

signal_0 = signal-mean(signal);

That will have a signal with a meazn of 0, removing the D-C (constant) offset..
