Predicting E.Coli count for a Beach using Neural Tool

Hello I am a newbie to Matlab. My research work is to predict E.coli (Bacteria) growth for a particular beach based on the past input data and past E.coli counts.I need to use Neural tool for the prediction of E.Coli count. I am using Neural tool for the prediction. I am able to provide input and target data. And seems like everything is going on smoothly. The only thing I dont understand is " Once the network is trained what I should do to get the output. (Where I can see the predicted value for the next day?). I know this seems to be really silly for you but I am being stranded by this since last 3 days. Please help. I am so much under pressure as I have to finish my research work with in 2 months and using ANN is just a part of it. Thank you in advance
