I'm trying to implement the 'Predictive Driver' in the 'Vehicle Dynamics' Blockset. However I'm having issues understanding exactly what are the signal inputs. Im runing it in the predicitve mode which means it needs:
  1. VelRef
  2. LatRef
  3. Grade
  4. VelFdbk
  5. LatFdbk
  6. LatVelFdbk
  7. YawFdbk
  8. YawVelFdbk
I understand the Fdbk signals are the current vehicle positions and velcocity feedbacks - cool.
However what do i provide for signals 1 - 3 for the reference signals? It says its a scalar value and NOT a vector with my entire reference path. Do I some how need to create a guidance model or something to figureout where the vehicle should actually be? If this is the case where is this point and and how do i go about calcualting it.
There doesn't apear to be any examples of people actually using this predicitve driver anywhere!

You can refer the Predictive Driver documentation to know more about Predictive Driver and its input signals.
