Trapezoidal Velocity Profile Trajectory Simulink Dynamic Waypoints

I want to use the Trapezoidal Velocity Profile Trajectory block with dynamic waypoints, I want to go from a current position to a calculated target position. I want to add a waypoint every 50ms based I cannot hardcode the waypoints and must add them as the new target is available, I have had no luck doing so. I have only been able to get my first way point, and the rest don't work. This is what I have so far.
