blkbuild command is not working

Pls help me I don't know what thge problem is and I can't even find the solution

i think i am missing a file don't know which one

One possible cause of the error is that the Control System Toolbox is not installed. If that's the case then refer to Get and Manage Add-Ons and install it.

If Control System Toolbox is already installed and still you are facing the issue then Contact MathWorks Support.
