Set Connection Port Parameters with matlab code

How can I change the parameters of a Connection port called 'phase A' in Matlab code, I have try with this code:

set_param([Block_name '/phase A'],'Port number',1);

If the block in an Inport/Outport, I believe they have parameters named 'Port', so you need:

set_param([Block_name '/phase A'], 'Port', '1');
