[SOLVED]matlab coder installation failed with Entry point not found err

I have a student lic given by our university

I got this error installing matlab coder app

why is it so? or how to install this

I just want to create a dll file of a function

after doing this, err has gone but now it is not installing anything as nothing opens just matlab closes

->created a MATLAB named path in env variables with D:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2020a

>added this in path D:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2020a\bin\ and D:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2020a\bin\win32

->open cmd as admin

-> typed matlab /regserver

Now opened matlab as admin and used to install matlab compiler sdk app
