Standarddeviation & mean multiple Matrices

Hi,

I am trying to calculate the mean and std of each position of multiple matrices.

For example: I have 5 matrices of 67x51 and I would like to take the mean and std of each position of these matrices combined. How can I do this best?

rearrange your matrices into a single 3D matrix.

A(:, :, 1) = [1 2; 3 4];
A(:, :, 2) = [5 7; 10 6];

mean(A, 3)
    3.0000    4.5000
    6.5000    5.0000
    
std(A, [], 3)

    2.8284    3.5355
    4.9497    1.4142
