Matlab 2019b property inspector is taking time to initialize

I'm using MATLAB 2019b to plot a figure .And I'd like to edit some properties on dynamic property inspector. I clicked on the "edit" option in the upper left of the plot window and then "figure properties ".But I'm getting the screen below for more than 1H now. I also tried to look for updates availabe for this version(I thought a component might be missing), but I've seen the message my matlab is up to date.

If you are using windows, check whether you have Windows Firewall blocking MATLAB from making connections. Parts of MATLAB need to communicate to other processes that MATLAB starts.

@Walter Roberson thanks it works after I allowed the matlab app in the firewall menu , I restarted my matlab. and done ! :)
