Switch Command Screen tabs at top through the command line

Let's say, I create a shortcut to change the directory and run some initialization files, is there any easy way to change the tab back to home with out actually changing the tab by clicking on it? I know its kinda random, and that I could just take the extra second and change back over, but this is more curiosity than anything.
