How can two different sampling times can be handled in a control system simulation(on experimental setup)?

In my control system design, the output sampling rate is higher than the input sampling rate and feedback is taken from the output(for controller design). when it is implemented in the SIMULINK, it works fine but when it is implemented on the experimental setup it shows the error that two different sampling rates cannot be handled at the same time. How should I handle this error?
