How can I write a command input shaping code for a control command?

I want to apply command input shaping technique for a pitch command.I have the code that stimulate satellite dynamic and its control system. Pitch command consists of a If else if statement. I have calculated the input shaping function, and from my knowledge I have to convolve the pitch command and input shaping function. Since shaped input requires impulses at different times, I am confused how to work on the logic of the code.
