You can use expint() function
N = 1;
U = 2;
r = log2(exp(1))*exp(N/U)*expint(N/U)
Result
>> r
r =
1.3315
If you have symbolic toolbox, you can write the symbolic expression
syms U N
r = log2(exp(sym(1)))*exp(N/U)*expint(N/U)
