Hello,
I have the Datafeed Toolbox and a valid version of Factset. So with the Database Toolbox I try to connect to Factset by first setting up the connection with the following command: factset('Username', 'SerialNumber', 'Password', 'fsid')
The following non-descriptive error then appears: Error using createtoken (line 11) Java exception occurred: java.security.InvalidKeyException: Invalid AES key length: 3 bytes

Anyone dealt with this before and can offer assistance? Thank you.

This is related to false credentials or the license issues for FactSet. I suggest you to contact FactSet directly for this issue.
