Regularization toolbox in Matlab

Hi All,

I need to solve an ill-conditioned under-determined system of equations Ax=b. Does anybody know if there is any regularization toolbox in Matlab that can help me in solving this? I cam across a paper by P.C.Hansen that talks about such a toolbox. Also the paper cites an email address, but that email id does not exist now.
