GUI and call function

Hello, I amb creating a GUI with GUIDE. But I don't know how can I relaten my GUI with my matlab function. My matlab function dependa on some parameters A, N, T... I want to call my function with the parameters setted on GUI but I don't know how to do it. Can someone help me? Thanks

Carlos - presumably you have a pushbutton on your GUI that when pressed will read the A N T paramaters from the GUI edit controls (or whatever) and then pass those values into your function. Is that the case? Does your MATLAB function have a signature that allows you to pass in those parameters? Please provide some details on your GUI and the signature for your function.
