eval command with coder.extrinsic

Since updrading to v2020a my SimEvents model developed in v2018b no longer works. Problem is the use of the eval command in a Matlab function block. Is there a work around?

As per my understanding Although the eval function is very powerful and flexible, it is not always the best solution to a programming problem. You can refer to the documentation on Alternatives to the eval Function for further information.
