Steady-state value?

Is there a command or a way for me to find the steady-state value on this plot? I don't want to just assunming it by looking at the plot.

The step function has a number of outputs that you can request from it. The documentation section on Step Responses of Identified Models with Confidence Regions will likely proovide the information you want, at least indirectly by computing the confidence intervals (since this appears to be an identified model), and then taking the mean of them. The stepinfo function also provides information, although not the steady-state value.
