Excel File altering and saving

Hi, I am trying to figure out some was to work with excel in matlab. One thing i am trying to do is to take a excel file that has already been generated and then use matlab to dump data into this excel file. After the excel file has been filled with the proper data i would like to be able to change the name and save it to another folder path. How could i go about changing the name and saving it to another folder?
