The function nlinfit is not found

Hi, I tried to use the function but I get error saying that this function is not found. I'm using the R2012a version. I read that some people have problems with this function and I tried searching for the function in different Matlab folders, however, I don't even have the "stats" folder in the toolbox. Can you please tell me what can possibly be the problem?

The nlinfit function is part of the Statistics Toolbox. Try typing "ver" to see if this toolbox is among the ones you have available.
