Optimisation with Matlab builder ex

Hi there,

I've started to use the Matlab Builder Ex and I am wondering if I could run fmincon converted in xla file and, in case yes, get the same performance of fmincon in matlab.

I have a relevant optimisation to run , and I don't think this time the excel solver could handle it.

FMINCON should be supported for deployment. You can see a list of supported toolboxes and related notes on limitations here:

I think the performance should be similar but that is a hard question to answer on various systems so trying a prototype will be the most accurate indicator of speed for you.
