unify the number of blocks (frames) in 10 voice signals

hi everybody I record 5 sec for 10 persons with sampling rate =8000,then i block the signal into 157 frames with length of the frame (N=256) then i removed the silent places, Now I want to unify the lengths of these 10 voice signal again without Destruction to the orignal signal to speceific number for example 125 frames (with the same frame length N=256)
