Converting a model to a function

I'm wondering if there is a way to convert a model to a function. I don't want to use simulink to graph, instead i would like to use MATLAB function to be able to graph. For example i want to convert this model ( http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fx_files/18812/1/AP.png) to an x and y function, so i would appreciate it if someone can help me with this.

Please post your simulink model. Your link is not showing a model, it's just a plot.

There are some potential issues with the words you are using. Please lets make sure we are meaning the same.
A "function", is that a MATLAB function written in MATLAB code, or is the a mathematical description?
A "model", is this a Simulink model, or a set of mathematical descriptions like ODEs?
And the PNG file you linken, that is a plot of data. It is not a model. I might be the response of something int the sense of controls and that might end up in finding a model, but it may be something comepletely different.
