Undefined function or variable 'datatip'

Hi. I tried the simple code to create datatips. I got the error saying: Undefined function or variable 'datatip'. The following code is directly taken from the link: https://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/ref/matlab.graphics.datatip.datatip.html#mw_f151e337-0a8a-481d-9217-9a44942a3946.

Do I need to download a tool or an extension?

x = linspace(0,10,11);
y = x.^2;
sc = scatter(x,y);

dt = datatip(sc,7,49);

The datatip function was introduced in R2019b, so you will have to find an external implementation (or write it yourself), or upgrade to the newer Matlab release.
