Help needed in solving differential equation

Can any one please help me in solving this function.

I need to solve it with direct method (direct command to solve it directly) and Euler method.

y(t)'=(1/(1+t^2))-2(y^2), 0=<t=<10, y(0)=0

Number of Iterations = 60
