How do I print [%] in a title plot while using LaTeX interpeter?

Hi, guys!

I'm creating a plot whose title should look like:

η[%]

while using:

title('$\eta [%]$','fontsize',14,'interpreter','latex')

But it returns the following Warning and the wrong title:

Warning: Error updating Text.
String scalar or character vector must have valid interpreter syntax:
$\eta [

any idea?
