Embedded Coder class generation instance specific parameters

I am unable to comment on this thread (https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/461376-does-embedded-coder-support-instance-specific-parameters-for-top-model-when-generating-c-code) so I decided to create a new one.
My question is, in the generation of a C++ class from a top level model, how can I make it so that the generated parameter struct doesn't have "static" prefixed to it?
