Error while using different step size

I have a model ,i used variable step size,but if i use fixed step size of 0.001,i get diffreent output,plz help to get same output

Pat your step1 block sample time is set to 0.8, change it to -1

Azzi even though i did not get answer ,the main thing is when the step amplitude increased it should not increase ,it must be a slanting line,in fixed step i got error si i added rate transistion block,even though sould not get answer,please assist

This model does not work in fixed step size 0.001,if i insert rate transition block my output varies
