someone of you could help me to encrypt an image with the AES cryptographic algorithm please ?

That is probably legally not allowed, for reasons explained in this thread. You will have to look up an implementation of AES in Matlab elsewhere.

The easiest way to do this would be to use the Matlab-to-python API and use one of the excellent Python cryptography libraries like "pycrypto". If you are doing lots of crypto, Matlab probably isn't the right tool to use.
