Combination with restriction coding

I have 12 variables (R1-R11-R2-R22-R3-R33-R4-R44-R5-R55-R6-R66). I would like to list the 6 combinations of these. But R1 and R11 (likewise R2-R22 and R3-R33 and R4-R44 and R5-R55 and R6-R66) should not be in the same set. How can I do this?
