Hii,

It seems like Examples folder which contains .xlsx folder is not added to path.I recommend you to add the folder to path by right cliking on Examples folder .

You're trying to read a file with the extension xlxs.

The file you've highlighted in the Current Folder window has the extension xlsx.

>> isequal('xlxs', 'xlsx')
ans =
  logical
   0

Swap the last two letters.
