Dynamic control in Simulink

Hello, i am working on a system in matlab which was imported from SolidWorks as a second generation file and i wanted to do a dynmaic control on it's links

( PID control of the link's torques and angles ). But i don't know how to get each link's blocks individually from the block diagram. Any suggestions to do that or papers, videos could help me?
