Present Classification results in Confusion matrix

Hi,

I have 9 patients with tumor lesions. 4 radiologists classified the lesions (manually) in 3 Stages for each patient. I want to present this results in the form of a confusion matrix to see how many tumors were classified as Stage 1, 2 or 3 using the results from all radiologists. I would also like to present the results of agreement for each tumor Stage between the readiologist as percentages in the confusion table. Can anyone help with that?

I also need to mention that I am using MATLAB R2017b. I tried to use the confusionmat function but I didn't really figure out how to add the results from all radiologists. Also I couldn't show the percentage on the table using the confusionmat.
