How to open .rtf file in MATLAB ?

How to open '.rtf' file in MATLAB properly ?

ML doesn't have the facility to handle rich text files. Open the file in some application that can and save as plain text first.

But the professor has send us the (.rtf) formatted file and asked us to open it directly in MATLAB and start the proceddings.

Well, I guess you can try in the editor and see what happens...maybe TMW has done something in the live scripts arena or somesuch...I don't ever use that stuff so I am definitely out of date there.

If that doesn't work then I'd suggest to ask...
