Matlab Tumor Detection Source Code

Hi, I want to extract the microbleed part from the MRI. Initially I just Stripped the skull, then applying different thresholding to minimize false regions from the MRI. Now how to extract that exact part of the Brain having microbleed using coordinates? I am having excat values of coordinates but dont know how to cross match those values and extract that part.

If you got bounding boxes from regionprops() then you can pass them into imcrop()
