Live editor 'task' menu missing

Hi,

I am trying to access the 'task' menu in the live editor but it appears to be missing. Is a special app/permission required? The advice given by Matlab is in the second image, but my system looks like the first image. You can see the 'tasks' menu is missing from my version.

Hi Ben,

From your screenshot, it looks like you are using R2019a. Live Tasks were first introduced in R2019b. If you upgrade to the latest release you'll be able to use them. See the release notes here.
