Sensor Module Functionality-Simulink

Hello,

I am trying to simulate sensor module functionality that outputs distance and sensor id. More or less I have some ideas about how to output distance but I couldn't figure out to create a sensor id. For simulink could you please help me how can I generate unique integer that they will be sensor id?

Hi,

It is my understanding that you are trying to create a new Sensor ID for displaying the distance and Sensor ID, and you are having trouble with displaying the Sensor ID. In this case you can use Simulink MATLAB Function which can take the data and give the desired output according to your functionality and requirement.

Hi,

Thank you very much for your answer. In my project it is required to have multiple sensors that they all have unique IDs and they are generating the same type of outputs (in this case they will create generate distance in unit of centimeters) and then all those outputs have to be sent via UDP.

I am a little bit lost first with how to send to outputs in one packet via UDP and then I could try to apply it for multiple sensors
