object detection & Point tracking from video

Hi;

I have a video file such as vehicle black-box. and I want to track of the just one-point from object.

For example, there are so many vehicle in some of one video frame.

In the first frame, i pick the one point such as corner of the number plate.

and i want to track the picked point from first frame to last frame.

I've tried many things, but I can't find a way. If you have any examples or ideas to refer to, please answer them.
