Matlab does not save script without complaining

Hi,

More and more I encounter issues with Matlab, but the last one is really puzzling me.

I created a script and I was trying to save it. Matlab just did not save it (it continued appearing as untilted) and no error message was provided. I finally quit Matlab (and had to wait for the long time it takes to restart) and just saved the script manually in a text file.

I have permissions for writting in the folder, the script name did not contain spaces or special characters nor was too long: The name was check_noise.m.

Did someone else encounter this problem? I really do not understand it.

Which OS are you using?

I am not sure. Such an issue would have been reported by someone else already. Maybe try changing the current folder of the MATLAB and see if the issue still happens. These similar question might be helpful.

I see that the issue is not really solved there. I restarted Matlaba and everything seems to be fine. But I will report in those threads that I have the same problem.
