Modelisation and Simulation motor BLDC

Hi all,
I'm doing a BLDC motor modeling with Simscape Electrical.
First, I did the modeling with block diagrams to determine Kp and Ki of the PI corrector. I have a good regulation.
After, I did the modeling with Simscape Electrical. It works in open loop. But Ki and Kp of the first step don't give the good regulation.
If someone has already worked on this modeling, can you tell me which elements to consider ?

A possible root cause may be the parameters Kp and Ki not matching the plant implemented in Simscape (mismatch can come for example from physical units used in the plant and when designing the controller). Another possibility is that the angle definition used in the Park transform is different in the plant and controller. Without a model is difficult to tell exactly what the problem is.
