is it possible to find parts of image which caused peaks on fft graph of that image?

If I have fast fourier transformed an image and plotted the graph of the fft of this image ( attatched below) is it possible to identify what parts of the image produced the peaks on the graph.

You'll need to run a different sort of transform. cwtft2 gives simultaneous spatial and frequency information. It is a more complex implementation of simply windowing each part of your image and separately applying fft
