Liquid temperature control by PID method??

Hi

I want Liquid temperature control by PID method

The system is as follows

1-Temp setpoin variable

2-electrical heater (TRIAC control)

3-pwm control for TRIAC

4- Every two seconds of feedback

5- 220 AC

How to design this system in MATLAB????

Please explain with photos and simple
